Never Shipped Orders, Poor Communication I pre-ordered two comics from Frankie's in August 2022. Both were published in mid-to-late November 2022. I tried reaching out in December when I hadn't heard anything about shipping and only received a general response that they were still waiting on the comics from Penguin Books (they were individual issues from Marvel & DC, not trade paperbacks) and would follow up in a few days. I tried reaching out again a few weeks later when they hadn't gotten back to me like they said they would. They responded a couple weeks later without any details again saying they'd follow up in a few days, but never did. I had to file claims through PayPal to get my money back because they never shipped my orders.

Only ever have good experiences Only ever have good experiences with frankie's comics. Books are sent out in a timely manner and always well packaged. The few times I had to reach out to customer service they were always quick to answer a question or fix an issue!

I love this site I come here all the… I love this site I come here all the time & order alot of comics. But they are anywhere from 2-4 months away from release before they ship. The packaging is fantastic. Like I said great packaging and customer service but the shipping needs real work.

I have an order from 1 yr and half and… I have an order from 1 yr and half and I still haven't got my order and they been ignoring. The company takes your money and don't full fill your order or doesn't even refund you back. I wish i can give 1/4 star

One of my favorite stores! Always friendly, keeps you informed of any delays/issues with the order. Great comics! I’ve placed many orders with Frankie’s and each one was a great experience. I plan on buying many more comics from them!
