SDCC SDCC: Really exciting to see Rose Besch and Ivan Tao. Both artist and the people working with them were the nicest to me. Having signings and pictures from and with them was awesome. Online order: even though I haven’t reviewed my books, website was easy to use and the books are on there way. Really nice to know the turnaround time from order to shop was quick. Extremely acceptable. Extremely happy.

Good deals time to time but lot of delays on shipment They offer great deals time to time. Great customer service. I would love to give 5 stars but the fact that their shipping department got hit with Covid has delayed a lot of shipments. I have been waiting months for some of my orders of books that has been out for quite some time now. I’m hesitant to order from them until they can get back their full staff in shipping department.
