Amazing support buuut The experience with support are incredible! But the platform isn’t good. A lot of times I received success messages on my transactions but they failed. I understand that the process need to validate some informations, but I believe that you guys can automate some things during this process to make the clients lifes more easy and fast. What makes me continue make transactions with you is the low taxes and the amazing support that you guys have.

They decided to cancel my company's… They decided to cancel my company's account in less than 30 days. They didn't explain why. I had already received one payment from a client. Other client tried to pay through HiGlobe and couldn't, they don't accept wire. It was a waste of precious time. Don't waste your time. Edit: They said my account didn't comply, but they waited until I received my payment to cause me such big troubles. Don't waste your time with this company. I don't know why they are talking about international wires in their reply here. Never mind, just be aware they don't seem to know much what they are doing.

Withdrawal Failure Hi, I did a withdrawal last Friday and for some internal error the money wasn’t send to the destination account and the account statement also not shown that transaction, however the money "disappeared" from my account. To solve this issue I had to talk with support and then the money was finally moved to destination account two days after the action be executed (commercial time). It would be helpful if the user could see when a transaction had some error, this info in the account statement or in a specific menu would be enough to be aware of what happened.
