I understand that the process need to validate some informations, but I believe that you guys can automate some things during this process to make the clients lifes more easy and fast. Other client tried to pay through HiGlobe and couldn't, they don't accept wire. It was a waste of precious time. Don't waste your time. Edit: They said my account didn't comply, but they waited until I received my payment to cause me such big troubles. Don't waste your time with this company. I don't know why they are talking about international wires in their reply here. Never mind, just be aware they don't seem to know much what they are doing.
