MXThe best way to receive your money internationally! Customer service is great, another level of attention, thank you Eva! The platform is still a work in progress meaning it has details to be worked on - clear instructions for the beginners when receiving their first payment and how to manage that first receipt from the company sending the money. The dashboard is pretty great but of course many things can be added. The really cool part is seeing the actual and always updated currency but it would be better to have an option to see it from the start not until receiving the money. In this case the exchange rate is a little more low than other platforms but that doesn't matter when experiencing such a great customer service. There is information that can be also given to better the dashboard, and being able to edit or delete stuff such as any personal information. Having the exchange rate from past transactions, etc. It would be really great to have an app and not only be able to use it through an internet page. I suppose that's being worked on. Other than these things I think the platform is really great and friendly, customer service is really good and overall it's a great way to have your money worth more from whenever you're receiving it.

BRWithdrawal Failure Hi, I did a withdrawal last Friday and for some internal error the money wasn’t send to the destination account and the account statement also not shown that transaction, however the money "disappeared" from my account. To solve this issue I had to talk with support and then the money was finally moved to destination account two days after the action be executed (commercial time). It would be helpful if the user could see when a transaction had some error, this info in the account statement or in a specific menu would be enough to be aware of what happened.

BRConverted amount don't match with displayed value I was doing a withdraw from U$ to R$ and the U$ amount converted to R$ using the given displayed rate don't match with the R$ displayed amount. Using the U$ amount (minus Higlobe exchange fee) multiplied by the given exchange rate resulted in a number bigger then the R$ amount displayed.
