Worst of all there is no way to contact anyone who works at this place. No emails. no phone numbers and a fake page that say help desk does not exist., DO NOT SHOP HERE>

This info is not available, rather they insist you use a ticketing system they do not always respond to. Sometimes they open your ticket, sometimes they don't.

Just a long time customer. As a whole i love Integy, i have been using Integy parts for many years, i have quite a few RC trucks all decked put in integy upgrades, i have one of the fastest Tmaxx's in the world and part of the reason is the integy Parts help it stay planted at over 100 mph. As with any business there may be some hiccup along the line, but integy always came thru in the end. i have been and will continue to be an Integy customer for a long time.
