GBSlackers I made two purchases from this website. One was 9 days ago. Nothing has shipped yet. Apparently I didn't notice that they are using Covid 19 as an excuse to take 6 to 9 days to process an order. Why does it take 9 days to take an item off the shelf and mail it. Ive been spending thousands of dollars all over the internet during this pandemic and this is the first company that needs an extra 6 to 9 days to do their job. I should have realized how bad they must suck that arent willing to offer an email address or a phone number for customer assistance. NEVER AGAIN INTEGY!

GBI have very good experience with this company. I have very good experience with this company. Excellent product, no issue whatsoever. Email them couple times and got answers quick, good customer serivce.

GBJust a long time customer. As a whole i love Integy, i have been using Integy parts for many years, i have quite a few RC trucks all decked put in integy upgrades, i have one of the fastest Tmaxx's in the world and part of the reason is the integy Parts help it stay planted at over 100 mph. As with any business there may be some hiccup along the line, but integy always came thru in the end. i have been and will continue to be an Integy customer for a long time.
