GBScam, Shady company and practices I made a purchase on an item that was on sale, but I noticed the day after I purchased, it went up $7 on their site. It took more than a week to ship with no feedback from the seller on why it was taking so long. 7 days later they cancelled the order. They probably sold it at the higher price and that’s why they canceled my order. Needless to say I can’t get in touch with anyone to ascertain why the order was canceled. Shady company. It was a gift for my son‘s birthday, so even if that’s not the case, not ship for seven days without reaching out to the buyer in this day and age is exactly why people shop at Amazon anymore. UPDATE: 5/4/22: They’re even worse than initially perceived. They apologized and said there was a glitch and that I could place a reorder at the higher price. Ofcourse I declined respectfully just stating I purchased elsewhere and am still awaiting a full refund. Once I refused they tried to contest my review as false!! What company does that! Ofcourse I had receipts and now this review is verified. It’s a scam. Do yourself a favor and purchase elsewhere. Just ensure if it’s Amazon or walmart,etc they are not the 3rd party vendor.

GBStopped talking to me mid-return. Tried to return a product that was different than described on the website. Website says free returns, Stunnedmind.com gave me the runaround until they simply stopped talking to me.

GBBest customer service ever!! With this pandemic delaying mailing services, online ordering couldn't have been more hectic during the holidays! I ordered a PlayStation mug as a Secret Santa gift but, unfortunately, it kept coming in broken due to packaging issues. HOWEVER, Natalie from the Stunned Mind team was so understanding and accommodating and we were able to work things out! She fixed the packaging issue for future orders and personally sent me a replacement mug with a handwritten apology and a couple extra items to pair with my secret Santa gift! Despite the packaging issue, this was the best customer service I ever experienced! I will definitely be shopping from Stunned Mind again. :)

GBI placed an order on November 9 I placed an order on November 9, 2021. On November 12 got email that my order is being shipped out with a link to track. A week later I tried to check on the tracking for my order and the link doesn't work. I emailed customer service regarding my order and the tracking. They respond back with a different tracking number. I use that tracking number to check the status and it is showing that a shipping label has been created on November 12 and USPS is waiting to receive the package. Two weeks have gone by and when I check the tracking on the package it still says the same thing. No other tracking on the package, the only thing showing is that a shipping label was created. I email them again and still have not gotten a response back yet. There is no phone number to call them directly so email is the only point of contact. I don't think they ever even shipped my order out. I will be disputing this transaction if I dont' receive my order within a month. It is not like it's being shipped from another country, it's within the U.S. Never again will I order from them or recommend them to anyone.

GBI absolutely Love this website!! I absolutely love this website! My daughter loves anime, especially Naurto, on the Stunned Mind website I was able to find the perfect Christmas gifts for her- bento lunch box, hydro flask, and face mask- all of which were Naurto themed. This is a family owned business, and the customer service went above and beyond! In fact, I accidentally entered the wrong address, when I emailed customer service the team responded in a timely manner and Natalie was able to mail the gifts just on time for Christmas.
