The delay in shipping is understandable… The delay in shipping is understandable but one of my package did not arrive though I was sent a message that it was shipped and delivered. Tried to reach out but no response. Will not buy from you again.

She was able to ship the other items in time for Christmas so my son can open them Christmas morning. She also send a personalized card!! Amazing products and customer service!!! Highly recommend! Fast delivery but inferior packaging My order came super fast which is a big plus & the glasses are exactly as described. Unfortunately, the packaging could improve greatly. The glasses arrived in a box within a box. The inner box was labeled “GLASS - FRAGILE-DO NOT DROP. The outer box was unmarked & clearly had been dropped. Luckily, the 3 bubble air pockets packed between the outer & inner box must have saved the day. Recommend working on packaging to prevent returns & disatisfied customers.

I absolutely Love this website!! I absolutely love this website! My daughter loves anime, especially Naurto, on the Stunned Mind website I was able to find the perfect Christmas gifts for her- bento lunch box, hydro flask, and face mask- all of which were Naurto themed. This is a family owned business, and the customer service went above and beyond! In fact, I accidentally entered the wrong address, when I emailed customer service the team responded in a timely manner and Natalie was able to mail the gifts just on time for Christmas. Stole My Money :/ After my order was cancelled without notifying me, I’ve reached out numerous times to get further information and assistance with a refund, to which I’ve never received a single response. I also reached out via Instagram with no luck. There’s no phone number on their website, so I’m pretty much stuck without my product and with my money gone. Super shady and scammy…
