Unfortunately, there was a small crack in the mug and it leaked slightly. I connected with the Stunned Mind team and they were fabulous! Natalie connected with me immediately and helped me through the process of getting the mug replaced. The new mug was shipped to me and, again, arrived quite quickly. Naruto Bowl Even though I didn't get the bowl I originally ordered, due to it being backordered for four months, my son loved the bowl we got instead. The customer service promptly answered my emails I had sent checking on my original order and gave me other options. When I finally decided to give up on the original bowl, I received the alternative quickly.

Christmas 2020 I placed an order on 12/19/20. It was a gift for my husband. We could only afford to buy each other one gift this year. I was concerned after a few days that the gift would not arrive on time like I originally planned. However, after messaging and receiving a prompt response from Natalie, I received the item the day before Christmas! That was the highlight of my Chris after so much went wrong!
