GBNaruto Bowl Even though I didn't get the bowl I originally ordered, due to it being backordered for four months, my son loved the bowl we got instead. The customer service promptly answered my emails I had sent checking on my original order and gave me other options. When I finally decided to give up on the original bowl, I received the alternative quickly.

GBYou will not be disappointed I only stumbled upon Stunned Mind while looking for Christmas gifts for my niece, who loves Anime. But I must say, every time I ordered from here, I've received my packages in a speedy manner. Even during the last holiday, with all them delivery delays, I unexpectedly and happily got my packages in a timely manner. I actually forgot to order an item and put in an order on the 23 or 24 of December knowing that it would not arrive by Christmas, and that was ok, my niece got her package on the 27th. I ordered a replacement item that was broken and received the new one in less than a week. My niece has loved everything I've gotten her from here and that makes me happy.

GBMy son is so happy with his gifts! My son is so happy with his gifts!! When I reached out because I only received one item Natalie reached out immediately to explain the delay with the shipping. She was able to ship the other items in time for Christmas so my son can open them Christmas morning. She also send a personalized card!! Amazing products and customer service!!! Highly recommend! GBPurchased the set of Sonic pint glasses… Purchased the set of Sonic pint glasses for my son for Christmas. They are colorful and I know he’s going to love them. The ordering process was quick and I received the glasses quickly. I appreciated that one of the owners contacted me and made sure I was happy. I will definitely be ordering again!

GBI placed an order on November 9 I placed an order on November 9, 2021. On November 12 got email that my order is being shipped out with a link to track. A week later I tried to check on the tracking for my order and the link doesn't work. I emailed customer service regarding my order and the tracking. They respond back with a different tracking number. I use that tracking number to check the status and it is showing that a shipping label has been created on November 12 and USPS is waiting to receive the package. Two weeks have gone by and when I check the tracking on the package it still says the same thing. No other tracking on the package, the only thing showing is that a shipping label was created. I email them again and still have not gotten a response back yet. There is no phone number to call them directly so email is the only point of contact. I don't think they ever even shipped my order out. I will be disputing this transaction if I dont' receive my order within a month. It is not like it's being shipped from another country, it's within the U.S. Never again will I order from them or recommend them to anyone.
