2 for 2! This company is 2 for 2! I will continue to rent books from here. The books arrive in great condition, returns are easy. I have tried other sites, I will stick with this one.

Book took forever to Refused to Answer Queries Book took forever to get here and tracking they sent never updated. They refused to answer emails until after it was delivered--and were smug and unapologetic for the absence of service. Not a safe company to buy from. Crappy customer service and arrogant employees.

Fast delivery Great prices and fast delivery! Perhaps making the package reusable for when we have to return it. However, I open it carefully and I can reuse the package to return the book. Other than that it's been great. This is my second time using your services. Thank you

Pleased overall I got exactly what I wanted & the delivery time frame quoted was actually a day early. This (brand new) book is beautiful but came with a significant crease in the front cover that I will live with and not worth returning for a replacement. I will buy my next text book from Knetbook
