It’s been over a week since my order… It’s been over a week since my order was placed. No response from Knetbooks about the status of my order, no info on shipping. Yet I’ve now received two emails asking me how happy I am with my shopping experience. Maybe spend more effort on order fulfillment and less on trying to garner favorable reviews?

Best prices and quick shipping This company has the best pricing out of anyone and the rental process was quick and easy! I think I got standard shipping (whichever was the cheapest or free option lol) and it arrived within like a week which was great!

Pleased overall I got exactly what I wanted & the delivery time frame quoted was actually a day early. This (brand new) book is beautiful but came with a significant crease in the front cover that I will live with and not worth returning for a replacement. I will buy my next text book from Knetbook
