GBSpa Delights. I needed a new filter for my spa and was not pleased with other suppliers that advertised one brand and sent you a cheaper brand. In fact, I was at the final stage of payment on another website, when I double checked the model # and brand of the filter and lo and behold it was not the brand they originally said it was, so I never completed the sale. I tried to call their 800#, but only a recording. Just the opposite for SwimTownPools. I called immediately when I found them to be the next company on the web that had the filter I needed and they were very helpful and assured me that the brand Unicel is going to be the one I get. I received the product in a timely fashion and will definitely buy from this company again.

GBExactly what I expected I received what I paid for, when I expected to receive it, and at a great price. No complaints, will shop there again.

GBCommunication not great Excellent price, received and email that they had my order but it didn't ship for over a week and had to follow up to see if/when it was going. Did recieve what I ordered.

GBPoor customer Service I was never informed that this was a drop-ship from somewhere else. 9 days after paying and ordering, I got the wrong gorilla pool pad. I immediately called, after a couple of uhs!, gosh-I don't know, duh!, finally Brandon sent me a return label. I emailed and asked if he was going to speed up the second delivery, his reply" I'll see what I can do".and my second email was answered "Will do are (sic) best for you Ed Thank you, Brandon But, you guess it, 9 more days before receiving the replacement order. Emailed and told Brandon I was going to leave negative feedback--his reply--"sorry you feel that way, thanks for your business". I will never shop Swimtownpools again and plan on telling everyone I know of my experience.

GBHorrible management and not friendly at all. I placed an order on june 6. They took their payment and I was to receive the order on june13. I called on June16 to inquire about where my order was. After giving the person who answered the phone my order number he could not find it and transferred me to another person who could not find it. I was then told I would get an email with the tracing info as soon as they could find it. I did not receive my email until the next day and it informed me that they had not sent it due to it being on back order from their supplier. I called asking when I could expect it and they could not give me a date. Since it was going to take so long in getting my item after it was supposed to already have been here, they already had my money for 10 days and they did not even know when I would receive it I asked them to pay to have it sent overnight. They said I would have to pay the difference. When I asked to talk to the manager all she would say is we will refund your money. I have never had a business not willing to rectify a problem that was a result of them. I am very disappointed in them and found a different company that had free shipping.
