Poor customer Service I was never informed that this was a drop-ship from somewhere else. 9 days after paying and ordering, I got the wrong gorilla pool pad. I immediately called, after a couple of uhs!, gosh-I don't know, duh!, finally Brandon sent me a return label. I emailed and asked if he was going to speed up the second delivery, his reply" I'll see what I can do".and my second email was answered "Will do are (sic) best for you Ed Thank you, Brandon But, you guess it, 9 more days before receiving the replacement order. Emailed and told Brandon I was going to leave negative feedback--his reply--"sorry you feel that way, thanks for your business". I will never shop Swimtownpools again and plan on telling everyone I know of my experience.

Great Communication & Best Prices online!!!!!! I was in need of a clear silicone that would hold up against chlorine and after doing some research, found out about Boss 801 Clear Silicone. After searching online for the product, I came across Swimtown Pools. I ordered the silicone from them, and they immediately shipped it out to me the same day. I always search online for the best price of anything I buy and Swimtown Pools had the best price with shipping. Communication was great and I received the silicone within two business days...
