Ghosted After Wrong Item (Updated) This is the 3rd time I've ordered from this company. Let's me set things straight, the pillows and covers are high quality... If you receive the right one. I was sent the wrong inner pillow (wrong filling and felt much cheaper). After reaching out to their "24/7" support, offering to send back the wrong item as per their own policy, they got back to me 2 hours later, asking for a picture of the wrong item, which I sent. It has now been 36 hours later and I am still waiting on any update. Their phone number doesn't work, they don't respond to Facebook messages, so the only avenue is email, for which they will not respond to. It is my hope that writing this review may get them to finally respond, otherwise I'll just have to ask for a refund through my payment method. Long review short: good quality, average processing time, terrible customer support and customer satisfaction *Update* After many days of waiting for responses (3 days for 1 and another 3 days for the 2nd) they have finally gotten back to me and informed me they would send a new inner pillow and to keep the old one as compensation. Once again, the quality is good and the shipping times are good, just hope you don't have to deal with customer service as it'll take days for a response.

I added butt and gel breast implants to my pillow case and they were not there and instead I got some inflatable thing that I can't understand where it goes. This is so F-ing lame. Will never by from here again. such a rip off!
