GBI've purchased about $2500 in gear over… I've purchased about $2500 in gear over the last year or so on AMS's internal payment plan when no one else would lend me a dime towards music equipment. I have nothing but good things to say about their customer service and gear choices always in stock. Appreciate the trust they have showed an appreciative customer. When they say no credit check they mean it. Unlike other competitors like ZZ..... that came up with every excuse in the book to not sell me gear on their "no credit check" plan. Thanks, AMS for getting me back on track to making music after I was robbed 15 years ago of all that I had in my studio.....about $60K worth. I would and have referred my friends still creating music to AMS, but they already knew about them and have done good biz with AMS already. Their website is easy to navigate and to keep track of all my open accounts with them. Hope to continue to work with them!

GBI did the payment plan with my credit… I did the payment plan with my credit card and It was handles very professionally. American Musical Supply did exactly as promised and kept in contact. Reminded me of an up coming payment. Also let me know when it was completed as sometimes you get used to the monthly payment and really don't keep tabs on what payment it is. I do appreciate that. 5 stars all the way round.

GBQuality Stage/Club lights and DJ equipment We have been purchasing Stage and club lights and DJ equipment from AMS for a few years now. Never had issues with quality of products. Love the extended warranty option. Monthly plans with no interest helps out with our finances. We will keep doing business with them.

GBNever ordering from them again I have spent thousands of dollars with American Musical but will never spend another dollar. I returned two products weeks after my purchase but still within the 45 day return policy so I no longer had the original boxes. Called to set up a return with customer service. There was never a mention that the original boxes were needed to avoid a $25 fee for each item. Talked who a supervisor Zach who went back and listened to the call and said that's correct the rep never mentioned they needed to be in the original boxes. Then said the $50 charge was still going to stand. Well you lost a customer.
