I did the payment plan with my credit… I did the payment plan with my credit card and It was handles very professionally. American Musical Supply did exactly as promised and kept in contact. Reminded me of an up coming payment. Also let me know when it was completed as sometimes you get used to the monthly payment and really don't keep tabs on what payment it is. I do appreciate that. 5 stars all the way round.

No attempt to fix my issue My package was delivered while I was on vacation. When I returned I searched for my packages everywhere leasing office & neighbors, with no success. I called AMS to let them know that I had not received my package and was essentially told that it was delivered to the right address and there was nothing that could be done and I am still responsible for paying the equipment I never got. I will NEVER order from them again!

Lack of communication I recently submitted an order through AMS that I ended up canceling. I ordered a mixer through them and I noticed that they were taking a while to process it. I originally called to speak about the issue to which they said the order was still processing and I would get an email when it shipped. No other information was shared with me other than that. The following day I emailed them again asking when the product would ship, it was then that they said they had an issue with getting the authorization from my bank after already charging me. It was then that I decided to cancel my order as they had no problem taking a charge for $1200, but at no point was I contacted about any issues. If I hadn't reached out myself, they would have sat with my money and my purchase.
