GBIncredible activity - detailed and fun! These boxes are very involved, detailed, and brain puzzling. Allows for some creative thought and makes a tremendous amount of fun with combined efforts from friends and family. I have purchased 3 seasons of boxes from hunt a killer and all of them have been incredibly fun! It has become a frequent weekend activity for our friends in my home and we look forward to seeing new boxes and solving more mysteries!

GBPerfectly Challenging Such a fun way to engage actively in something for those that want to "do something" and feel accomplished, but don't necessarily want to get out of the house. Just the right level of challenging to keep you interested, and feel satisfied when you solve something! Found ourselves really getting into the story and the various characters, thanks to the vivid details picked up along the way through various pieces of evidence and trinkets!

GBHunt a Killer is a great way to get… Hunt a Killer is a great way to get your family or friends together for a fun night or nights. My family and I had a blast deciphering clues to uncover new evidence to get us closed to solving the mystery. We could not wait to get the next box to keep going. In fact as soon as we completed the objective for the current box we immediately asked for the next one to get it sooner. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a new and exciting activity to help bringing family and friends together for something fun to do.

GBA great gift! I received the Mallory Rock season as a gift, and I really enjoyed it. I tried to play with my partner but he refused to download the app to look at the digital evidence, so I continued as a solo endeavor — which I preferred. The cyphers are really fun. I love how you can expedite your next installment if you finish a box early in the month. I plan on playing more seasons in the future, so it would be really cool if HAK had an option to return/recycle some of the physical clues after solving to restock their inventory and avoid becoming clutter in your house. (If they did offer that, I’d probably still want to keep some of the cooler evidence items.)

GBCustomer service is nonexistent I purchased a gift card-granted it got lost in our house, so it was a long time ago. But, when I tried to redeem it on the website, it wouldn't work, so I emailed asking if there was anything I could do, or if it wasn't valid any longer. That was on September 13th, and the only response I've gotten was an automated message saying they're 'a few days behind'. It's October 11th. I would have completely understood if they said it had been too long and the care was no longer redeemable, but the complete refusal to provide customer service is an interesting choice.
