GBIncredible activity - detailed and fun! These boxes are very involved, detailed, and brain puzzling. Allows for some creative thought and makes a tremendous amount of fun with combined efforts from friends and family. I have purchased 3 seasons of boxes from hunt a killer and all of them have been incredibly fun! It has become a frequent weekend activity for our friends in my home and we look forward to seeing new boxes and solving more mysteries!

Being a mom of two (and one of those being a small toddler), I don’t have much time for hobbies or time for myself but this subscription allows me to spend a couple hours after everyone goes to bed to focus on something that I find interesting, without the interruption of other people. I am a problem solver at my core and this is something that really gets me interested and focused - three hours can go by like 15 minutes!

GB10/10 experience I have done the Mallory Rock investigation so far, and let me tell you, I won’t be stopping anytime soon. I got it as a Christmas gift and became obsessed with this amazing entertainment experience. I really like the cyphers and the way the game engage different boxes together. Some of them were easier than others, but every episode kept me super entertained and me and my boyfriend had great date nights figuring out the killer.

GBA great gift! I received the Mallory Rock season as a gift, and I really enjoyed it. I tried to play with my partner but he refused to download the app to look at the digital evidence, so I continued as a solo endeavor — which I preferred. The cyphers are really fun. I love how you can expedite your next installment if you finish a box early in the month. I plan on playing more seasons in the future, so it would be really cool if HAK had an option to return/recycle some of the physical clues after solving to restock their inventory and avoid becoming clutter in your house. (If they did offer that, I’d probably still want to keep some of the cooler evidence items.)

GBNO Customer service response I ordered a box set while on sale. it never arrived and I contacted customer service on August 27th and have still not received any word from them. I emailed on a separate email since they said I would be moved down the queue if I wrote in again from the same email, and still nothing. I understand being behind on responding but over three weeks is horrible and unacceptable. I am either going to get a refund or write as many bad reviews as I can until they contact me. I have enjoyed games in the past and like the concept but if you can't manage customer service you shouldn't be in business.
