Great customer support I ordered a new core furnace When it arrived the box was rough I inspected my core and found a broken part. Kristi from support was the most helpful person I’ve dealt with in years!!!!!!!! She is what this country is missing She answered my questions and emails promptly No waiting days for her to respond. Dometic 2454 Control Interface and Power Control Module 3Way Kit Item #97349 We had been looking for this part (or as it turns out combination of parts) for our Domectic 2454 refrigerator for a few months, even on Ebay! No one could get it until MAYBE March 2023 if then. I was reading on the Casita forum and someone mentioned getting a part for their fridge at dyersonline.com so I went to their website and found a kit that might work. I contacted the support team by email and was told part I needed was discontinued but they would forward our info to Dometic to see if that kit would fit our fridge and was told YES it would !! We placed an order that day and received it a few days later. It took three weeks for us to find time to install it. Easy peezy!! I purchased a Rieco-Titan wireless… I purchased a Rieco-Titan wireless remote control electric camper jacks, now they are shipped through UPS and arrived in perfect condition. I felt sorry for the young UPS driver that had parked across the street from my garage, the 2 packages were strapped together and I was not sure if he was going to make it all the way across the street but everything turned out okay and all the packages sealed and like new, great job Dyers AR.

Excellent service & inventory I am so glad I found Dyers. I broke a part of my awning support and tried to find a replacement through my local RV parts store & online suppliers I knew by name. The only offers I received were for the full assemblies, which cost a lot more!! In a search I found Dyers & the have the exact make and separate part. This took me a while so I called them to see if I could have it shipped ASAP & get it before my trip & the customer service was also excellent & the price was great. I will by from Dyers from now on.
