I called and talked to someone personally and followed up with a couple of emails while they researched what I needed. Once I had the part number, I could have gotten it a couple bucks cheaper on Amazon, but I ordered it from them because of their OUTSTANDING customer service. Way to go Dyers! I purchased a Rieco-Titan wireless… I purchased a Rieco-Titan wireless remote control electric camper jacks, now they are shipped through UPS and arrived in perfect condition. I felt sorry for the young UPS driver that had parked across the street from my garage, the 2 packages were strapped together and I was not sure if he was going to make it all the way across the street but everything turned out okay and all the packages sealed and like new, great job Dyers AR.

18 Coleman camper I found y’all on the net after multiple searches after my water heater went out after 3 months of the purchase! After calling the dealer for warranty and another 9 months of the run around my warranty was up, that’s when I found y’all! The part was a direct fit and way cheaper than having to carry the camper 70 miles to have repaired! I installed it in less than 5 minutes and have hot water now

Completely Satisfied with Dyers I recently had to replace two relatively major items on my fifth wheel; my 12 gallon water heater, and one ac unit. I'm always hesitant to try a new company online, but they had the best prices i could find online; even better than amazon. My orders arrived in a timely manner and in good condition. I installed both myself, and everything is working as it should. I waited a bit before reviewing Dyers to see if the products were good.
