GBMy First Experience My first experience purchasing from this seller went pretty smoothly and with ease. However, when I received my item (Black Clover Asta Statue), it had multiple issues such as the tail tip was broken and Asta has a crack on his knee. I am not to sure how to fix these issues but overall I really do love the statue. I also had no way of really tracking my item so I didn’t know when it was gonna come in.

FRCustomer service I pre-ordered a figure 2 weeks ago and it turned out that it was out of stock. As it's written on their website, my order should have been automatically cancelled and my deposit refounded but after 2 mails there's still nothing. Like many people here, I feel like I'm being scammed and I hope I will get my money back soon.

GBThe outer box was slightly damaged in… The outer box was slightly damaged in shipment, but because the figure was so well packed there was no damage to the actual figure!

GBCommunication could use some major… Communication could use some major improvement. I kept reaching out for information on an order and would have to wait for weeks before getting a vague response. On top of that the item was no longer in stock after waiting for a year. Fortunately, I was able to get a refund.

DEaccording to the price If I could, I would probably say 3.5-3.8, but I'll be kind enough to round up. Price-wise, this is probably the cheapest shop. So far, all the figures that were released have arrived (except for one figure that was part of a set, where I was then told that it was no longer in stock, even though I had bought it. So the deposit was gone... (apparently the studio forgot it. I don't know how that can happen. But everyone has to decide for themselves whether they think it's the studio's fault or the shop's). At least I got a small discount code as "compensation"... There are phases when the support responds within one, but there have been times when I had to wait 10 days+ for an answer (maybe they were on vacation). But if you keep at it, sooner or later you always get an answer in my experience (this all applies to WhatsApp). I would like to highlight something positive: when I wanted to buy a figure and it was out of stock, the support managed to ask the studio. This figure then arrived with no problems.
