GBI was hesitant to order this light… I was hesitant to order this light saber at first because I was unfamiliar with this company and because there are so many scammer websites selling these items. After being reassured by a friend who purchased a saber 2 years ago, I went ahead and purchased one. We received the light saber within a week of ordering it. It has exceeded my expectations. The quality is outstanding. My son is spending hours playing with it. I highly recommend playing outside after dark. The colors of the saber are bright and beautiful.

GBHigh price, good concept and design, poor finish and poor quality packaging. I am really struggling to get what I have paid for, the price of these items is high, they promise quality but so far I have found the sabres to be of low quality. Issues so far: Poor standard of packaging leading to both sabres being damaged during transit, screw threads on handles damaged very easily, one sabre is no longer usable, this was found within the first day, replacement handles (cases only) delivered again with sub-standard packaging, replacement handles only delivered, so the company is expecting me to carry out the actual repair. The only reason I have not rated 1-star is due to the 'okay' communication from the complaints team, although, as of this morning they have not responded to my latest email (36+hrs).

GBGreat! Except for one thing… Everything is great, except this one thing. Only one, the rest was phenomenal. The technology isn’t outdated by any means, but certain sound fonts have cut ignitions, so you only hear a piece of the ignition or retraction of the “blade”. Thank you for the awesome saber!
