GBGreat customer service! I have purchased two sabers from saberspro. The second saber had an electronics failure when charging. After giving me some detailed information on how to check the saber myself. We determined that there was nothing that I could do to bring the saber back to functionality. The customer service rep was quick to get a replacement part out to me and everything is fantastic. Once again. Great experience and great customer service.

GBHigh price, good concept and design, poor finish and poor quality packaging. I am really struggling to get what I have paid for, the price of these items is high, they promise quality but so far I have found the sabres to be of low quality. Issues so far: Poor standard of packaging leading to both sabres being damaged during transit, screw threads on handles damaged very easily, one sabre is no longer usable, this was found within the first day, replacement handles (cases only) delivered again with sub-standard packaging, replacement handles only delivered, so the company is expecting me to carry out the actual repair. The only reason I have not rated 1-star is due to the 'okay' communication from the complaints team, although, as of this morning they have not responded to my latest email (36+hrs).
