GBGreat customer service! I have purchased two sabers from saberspro. The second saber had an electronics failure when charging. After giving me some detailed information on how to check the saber myself. We determined that there was nothing that I could do to bring the saber back to functionality. The customer service rep was quick to get a replacement part out to me and everything is fantastic. Once again. Great experience and great customer service.

GBGreat! Except for one thing… Everything is great, except this one thing. Only one, the rest was phenomenal. The technology isn’t outdated by any means, but certain sound fonts have cut ignitions, so you only hear a piece of the ignition or retraction of the “blade”. Thank you for the awesome saber!
