Nothing I posted is false and Autographia’s reply only confirms what I wrote. I’m not going to be bullied or intimidated into changing my review. But now Autographia has removed any doubt and convinced me not buy from it again.

Excellent customer support I had ordered a Christmas gift for my fiancé, which the website showed was still in stock. There was an error with the website and this item was actually out of stock, but their customer support team quickly reached out to me and found a replacement item at no extra cost, which arrived very quickly. It was impossible to get a hold of a… It was impossible to get a hold of a human being with this company. I called repeatedly and left messages. I emailed. I responded on their "Contact Us" link on the site (another unanswered email). Never responded.

I ordered springsteen autographed… I ordered springsteen autographed guitar for my son for his 40th birthday. I was sent the wrong guitar, I reached out to Matt about this issue. He gave me a couple of options to correct the issue. He solved this professionally and fast by sending the correct guitar to me.
