I ordered springsteen autographed… I ordered springsteen autographed guitar for my son for his 40th birthday. I was sent the wrong guitar, I reached out to Matt about this issue. He gave me a couple of options to correct the issue. He solved this professionally and fast by sending the correct guitar to me. I was so satisfied how this was handled and would highly recommend doing business with this company.

Fantastic Customer Service! I ordered a product that unfortunately arrived damaged. I called and left a voicemail and received a call back almost instantly. Matt was very helpful and laid out several options to rectify the issue and allowed me to choose the one that best suits me. I would 100% recommend this to a friend.

Nothing I posted is false and Autographia’s reply only confirms what I wrote. I’m not going to be bullied or intimidated into changing my review. But now Autographia has removed any doubt and convinced me not buy from it again.

It was impossible to get a hold of a… It was impossible to get a hold of a human being with this company. I called repeatedly and left messages. I emailed. I responded on their "Contact Us" link on the site (another unanswered email). Never responded.

Excellent product and service Excellent product and service. Poster and autograph were in amazing condition. Added the framing option, which worked out great. Fast delivery but also well-packaged. Great communication and customer service. Autographs are one of the few remaining original gift ideas. Everyone who's a fan of someone or something would love them as a gift.
