GBI had ordered the wrong sizes for… I had ordered the wrong sizes for the apparel I purchased, email the support team and they replied back to me within an hour and updated my order to the correct sizes, thank you to team member Autumn for you help regarding my order. It was greatly appreciated.

ESReal people taking care of it I bought a poster and what I received was far from what I would have expected. I was very disappointed because that poster was linked to a past time from my teenage years and I had really wanted to get it back and hang it on my wall for several years. I contacted the team without much hope of getting a response tbh, but how wrong I was. I then met Amber (who contacted me as customer support) and she took care of everything in a jiffy. There is a great team behind this store and as I told her after having several email exchanges, they deserve to do well because first and foremost, they take care of us. I hope they keep improving all the time and above all that they do great. Here you certainly have a happy Saiyan. Thanks Amber.

GBAvoid this online store for DBZ items I requested to cancel 2 orders since shipping takes forever and the figures will not make it on time for a birthday gift. Got no response from customer service for 12 hours, then all of a sudden I got an email saying the shipping labels for both packages had been made and customer service started responding. They stated they couldn't cancel since the orders already shipped. They don't pay for return shipping and you have to ship back to Canada so I'm pretty sure they saw my messages and shipped out my orders so I can't cancel. Avoid this online store.

GBI have ordered two items for my son's… I have ordered two items for my son's Christmas presents from this site. They don't send tracking information. They send you to an app. The app does not have the tracking information for my purchase. I'm worried that they won't arrive in time and since they don't offer you any semblance of an estimated time, it's impossible to gauge. Really bad approach. I won't be doing business with this site again.
