I finally got one dad! At 72, you might say I've been around awhile. But my dad used to tell me about a "D" quitar he had, and how much he loved it. Being from Manhattan, he remembered the craftsmanship, the attention to detail beyond what was common for the day. So I promised myself I would bless myself with one. Where's the customer service? I called and left message regarding my purchase. No reply, nothing. I Still purchased my items despite, hoping they'll work. Poor attention to customer service, at least for this customer.
