Friendly and Courteous Employees I found the cost a little steep, but have used Bookbaby in the past and found otherwise they met all other expectations. The friendliness of customer service is a drawing card to want to continue to do business with this company. BookBaby.com exceeded expectations in… BookBaby.com exceeded expectations in customer service, delivery, and general look of the book that we ordered. This was a relatively slim book of art for a high school program, but it was the first time we tried it, and it was a rush order. I was very worried there would be production problems or delays -- there were none. All of my emails were returned within a day and there were no problems. The item was shipped to us early and exactly what we asked for, and as proofed using the websites automated system. I am instructing the next year's class to do it exactly the same.
