Wrong product shipped; RIGHT customer service response!! My order was incorrectly filled; thus, I received the wrong product. That said, mistakes happen in life, and it’s how things are rectified that count. TT could not have given me better customer service! Terrible customer service Terrible customer service. I ordered a gun online because it was listed as in stock. I had't heard anything from them after my order so I emailed. I never received a response. Today, nearly a week after the purchase, I called. I was told the item really wasn't in stock, had to be ordered from their distributor, and when they get it they'll ship it to my ffl. I asked to have my order cancelled, which they said they could do, but they're going to charge me a restocking fee for an item that isn't really even in stock as the website states. Thanks for trying to squeeze every penny out of your customers! I'm done with Tombstone Tactical

This company rocks! This company rocks!! In store product shipped much quicker than what's stated on the their website. The product was well packaged in a box to weather rough handling through automated sorting facilities. This means they actually "care" about how the product arrives. Return shopper will return again.
