GBA 5 star Outfit with a Big Rock in their communication road I know it is really strange times and guns and ammo are hot commodities! I know, I am a seller of ammunition and firearms.. The problem is you do not respond to emails, it is hit and miss, I have sent emails and week later no response... Really you guys are great, most of the time wonderful! In my opinion you need to have someone assigned to emails only! I know that staff is answering phone calls And looking at emails at same time, not efficient! Really Tombstone Tactical is Top Draw Company...just need to organize to a bit more efficient with customer communication... A big rock in that road, you just need to blast in off to the side! That said, mistakes happen in life, and it’s how things are rectified that count. TT could not have given me better customer service! GBhorrible service i ordered 2 tool products online that were stocked. it took them 3 weeks to ship out the order. and has been 8 days now and i have yet to receive my purchased products. so ive paid for something a month ago that i have yet to receive... i out that in the horrible service category. Their website described a delay of several days... not weeks. my recommendation would be to notify your customers of any further delays in their orders if u cant get something out the door in the time you stated or offer them a return of money.
