Spot on company! Great company that cares about the customer. Fly fishing is a very expensive hobby and they make it affordable for enthusiasts that can’t afford premium gear but want a premium feel. Well done keep up the good work guys!

Great Rod and Service Everything came in fast and in excellent condition. I’m new to fly fishing and haven’t had the opportunity to use many fly rods for a comparison of performance but I can see the craftsmanship of the rod is impeccable. All the joints are snug but still easy to remove. The reel fits nice and tight into the handle and the rod itself just looks awesome.

The reel I received did not match the… The reel I received did not match the product photos on the website. Matter of fact, it still doesn't match the pictures they're keeping on the website. They have ignored my email asking why the reel did not match product images. I asked for a refund and was unable to once again reach anyone. If you want false product expectations and a 100% lack of customer service than Wade Rod Co and Pelican reels are your go to company!

Great Experience! Great Experience! The folks at Wade Rod/Postfly are great. Even in these uncertain times they are diligently cranking out product. Unlike so many other companies, their website clearly shows when a product is not available and they will not take your money for something they can not immediately ship. Great work folks.. This is my first Wade Rod but it won't be my last.

Good product, terrible service. Great product, not dissing on them there. However they lack very big on the customer service. At least for me. I broke the end section on my rod and emailed about purchasing a replacement, took them 3 days to get back to me after I sent three emails. Emailed back and forth for one day, they were going to send me a link to proceed with the replacement. It’s been 4 days since then and haven’t heard back to revive the link. I’ve sent more emails and still nothing. I like the pole a lot, however I could order a new one from any company and have it at my doorstep before I get my replacement. Not impressed at all. Other reviews state that they were quick and made the process easy, I wish it was the same for me.
