GBGreat Rod and Service Everything came in fast and in excellent condition. I’m new to fly fishing and haven’t had the opportunity to use many fly rods for a comparison of performance but I can see the craftsmanship of the rod is impeccable. All the joints are snug but still easy to remove. The reel fits nice and tight into the handle and the rod itself just looks awesome.

GBGot it right out the package Got it right out the package, and put a shad fly on it. The dragon glass being smooth like butter sets the fly beautifully presenting it. Got a 7 pound bass on it and plenty of line and backing for even bigger fish and a whole lot of fun. I’d recommend it to anyone but maybe not the fiber glass for beginners but darn it is smooth!!!!!

GBBrutal customer service. Brutal customer service. I placed an order over two weeks ago. After several days of not receiving a shipping confirmation, I emailed WRC. I received a response a day later stating that the order appeared to be fulfilled on their end and asking if I had received a tacking number, which I hadn't (and still haven't). Multiple emails later, no response at all. Disappointed as I was very excited to give the rod a whirl, but at this point I suppose I simply need to get the charged reversed. Back to basics WRC!

GBWhat customer service? Customer service is the only thing that separates them from anyone else. The product I received was good quality and I hope to put it to good use this year. The issue I had - I sent several emails asking about the 2 day service I paid for and never got a response (took 6 days to deliver from the email I received saying it shipped) also, I sent an email asking how to switch over the retreive because I got the wrong one, and they didn't respond. As a customer, I am left with they don't care and that is not a good thing for business.
