After placing my order my card was… After placing my order my card was charged the same day, I did receive a order number however I received no word as to when my order would be delivered. Trying to contact the company was very difficult, after repeated email attempts finally I did hear from a person from another company that my rod would be shipped and a shipping label was generated with a tracking number. This tracking number did little good because the USPS informed me that the label was issued but they did not get the product to ship. Several email attempts later and the product was finally shipped and tracked. It has been a month and I do not have to product yet but I am told my the USPS it is to be delivered tomorrow. Poor communication.

I ordered my Dragon Glass 3wt... I ordered my Dragon Glass 3wt and received it 5 days later, with email updates along the whole shipping process. Took it out on the water the same day it showed up and couldn’t be happier. Unbelievable flex and effortless cast.

What customer service? Customer service is the only thing that separates them from anyone else. The product I received was good quality and I hope to put it to good use this year. The issue I had - I sent several emails asking about the 2 day service I paid for and never got a response (took 6 days to deliver from the email I received saying it shipped) also, I sent an email asking how to switch over the retreive because I got the wrong one, and they didn't respond. As a customer, I am left with they don't care and that is not a good thing for business.

Overall Overall, I'm happy with the product. It's great quality especially for the price. However, it took a month and a half to receive the product which I know was due to holiday chaos. I'll rate the experience as neutral. I'd like to consider other Wade Rods in the future.
