Steel City is the best place I have… Steel City is the best place I have found for ammo on line. I have ordered from there 6 times now service has always been good ammo ships faster than the larger places I have used in the past and the prices are much better!!!

Customer Service couldn't have been better Had a slight issue with my order, to the tune of missing a box of ammo on shipment. I immediately reached out and received a favorable response within about a day or so. Totally understandable given the current market. Customer service was prompt and kind, easy to deal with. I follow them on Facebook now for updates and saw there Trust Pilot link. happy to leave a good review for an honest company! Thank you for doing what you do Steel City Ammo!

Order Not Shipped 1 Month After Placing It *Updated* I placed an order on 20 Aug understanding that Steel City had increased their lead times to 10 business days (info from their website). Only problem is it is now 20 Sep and I still have not received my order. Between then and now I've attempted to contact them through email, phone, and text but received no response at all. Order status says "Processing" on their website. If they're still waiting on a shipment of ammo to be able to fulfill my order, then cool, I get it. Unfortunately I can't actually get any update because it's impossible to get in contact with anyone over there. If they ever do contact me I'll try and update this review but right now I'm contemplating if I should call my bank and claim fraud for the charge on this order. *Update: I was finally able get in contact with the company via Facebook and they shipped out my order the next business day. It arrived 3 days later. Apparently there was a safety recall of the ammo I originally ordered (ZSR) so they substituted a different brand (Wolf) with my approval. Upgrading to 4 stars since they took care of me, but can’t swing 5 due to the difficulty in getting in contact with the company.

Great customer service!! I would like to start of by saying this company has some of the best customer service there is, I placed my order alittle less than a week ago, I had emailed them asking when it might ship and they quickly got back to me saying they will get it out as soon as possible and were very friendly. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone. Not only are they a great company they have great prices to go along with that. Thank you guys!

I was told 10 business day lead time I was told 10 business day lead time. Today is 10 business days and I can't get a status update. They just keep saying 10 business days. I'll give it a few more days, then I'm submitting a chargeback with the CC company. Update: I ordered on 9/7/2021. I called and texted repeatedly on 9/22/2021 and finally found out they didn't even have the ammo in stock anymore. Now I'm waiting for a refund, if I could give zero stars I would.
