If you mistakenly make a purchase of something that has to be drop shipped, they expect you to wait for the item to be shipped to them, and then for them to ship it to you. They will not refund you, and will hold your money.

The clearance sales are amazing and there firearms are reasonably priced and they have some hard to get items also at great prices. When I search for new Tactical gear I always go to Botach first!
