Horrible Horrible. Do not waste your time or money with this place. Horrible employees customer service is a joke. And all around hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with a store. Please do yourself a favor and run far far away from this dumpster fire of a business.

False advertising I will never buy from botach ever again. Their customer service is non existent. Items on their website say "in stock same day shipping" but after placing an order you get an email saying that one item is on backorder and they hold your entire order until it comes in no matter how long it takes. And the site will still say in stock after they tell you it's on backorder. CS doesn't answer the phone and no one responds to email or voicemail so you can't cancel an order after it's placed. I'm pretty sure their website even blocked me from leaving a one star product review on their site. Try it yourself and see if it will post when you select one star. Buy from anyone else please. Companies like this should be put out of business.

I have bought and received two tasers… I have bought and received two tasers from Botach. They came as described and I am very happy with the quick delivery and purchase. I will definitely continue to utilize them for all my equipment needs.

Great CS/Great Price Employees were really nice, especially Jeff. He was more than happy to discuss more than just my purchase. Would definitely do business with them again!

This was my 2nd time shopping here This was my 2nd time shopping here. The 1st time my wife came & picked up 5 cases of ammo & they were friendly & even helped her loaded in the car. Today I came & picked up 2 orders & Jeff & the other 2 staff was very welcoming. Store is clean & organized & amazing prices as well.
