His imitate response was to just say sorry and cancle my subscription on the spot not even asking me if I wanted to stay a customer. Hahaha horrible customer service

GBMissing in action screws!! Went to use my knife I received over seven months ago and noticed it was missing some screws. I emailed customer service on the 10th to see if I could get a few replacements for it. Nope, they just shipped a complete replacement knife!! That's outfreakingstanding customer service right there!!!
