Missing in action screws!! Went to use my knife I received over seven months ago and noticed it was missing some screws. I emailed customer service on the 10th to see if I could get a few replacements for it. Nope, they just shipped a complete replacement knife!! That's outfreakingstanding customer service right there!!!

32 Missions in I have 32 missions with BattlBox now and I can’t say I’ve been disappointed. No joke it’s like Christmas every month the kids are juiced when it come to the door. Even the wife has snagged a few items for herself. Even with items I can’t use right away I’ve found a use for them later down the road. Keep up the great work.
