GBgenerally very good, but too expensive I've been on Flickr since 2008, and generally I really like it. I take photos for my local rugby club, and using Flickr means fans, players, sponsors etc can help themselves to full sized high res versions of my images without the need for me to send failed emails or get involved in any way at all. I've deducted a star because they more than doubled their prices in 2019 and the Pro membership is no longer a great deal. There are occasional bugs, but they usually get fixed. But in general, this is still a great place for pro or serious amateur photographers like me to store and display their photos.

GBCompletely horrible site with the worst… Completely horrible site with the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. They deleted my account with ZERO explanation after having a pro account and paying $70 a year for the past 8 years! I have NEVER uploaded nudity or copyright photos! Only family photos and videos. They still will not respond to me or any emails I have sent. Their contact information is non existent. They respond at will. I hope this company goes bankrupt and they all lose their jobs. Flickr is a bulls*** scam. I’ve lost 10,000 irreplaceable photos because of these scum bags.

GBNo Customer Service!! Try and contact them for help....Apalling, they rely solely on their Forums, much like Yahoo...... No Transparent Routes to Customer services....No Phone contact at all.... Lets hope Verizon sorts these useless people out! They treat their customers with total lack of value and respect!

GBJust signed up to Flickr Pro Just signed up to Flickr Pro, monthly plan, and immediately reminded of why I gave up on you a while ago. First upload, and about half way it says image stalled, retry. Clicked to try again, and it has made no progress at all for these last two hours. Refreshed the page, and the upload starts again, but from the very beginning. Even the album I created is deleted. Please, please, create a robust upload system which can start again from any upload point. It's not difficult, but I'm not really wanting to pay top dollar for 1990s ftp technology.

GBDon't Waste Your Time Don't Waste Your Time. I uploaded 141 Photos of UK National Trust venues and around 4 videos. Thankfully I still have them on Facebook. Came to add some more 15/03/24 and Account has gone. So these people will destroy your memories of travels and experiences at the blink of an eyelid, - for goodness sake don't trust Flickr. I can only warn you here on Trustpilot.
