NLI don't like to be extorted I don't mind paying for service. I do mind being extored into paying for services where a formerly free service suddenly threatens to hide and even delete your photo's of you don't pay up. All of this without giving proper notification (a single vague email in november) or a proper, fair timeframe for migrating away. I understand the current setup is not sustainable. That still doesn't give you the right to break your earlier promisses and treat users this way. Needless to say I've copied my data away and I'm really curious to see if they will delete my assets without any further notification.

GBChoose another photo hosting site Wow after 15 years of being with these clowns paying monthly membership for most of that time I’ve found today my account taken down . I still have all y pictures but no one can see them. No point anymore Flickr has got worse and worse over the years . You need to look for a better platform you will regret it for sure if you use these for picture storage or hosting… Customer service is unreal to be honest no reason for their actions not even a response to my email.

NZBeing forced to buy Flickr Pro Been a member since 2017 went through all the hassle with the content levels, safe, moderate, restricted. No problem did loose the first account with nearly 500,000 views but second has nearly 12million. Only to find that Flickr will only let my pic library stay as it is IF I BUY FLICKR PRO. Because apparently now my photos don't conform. Flickr now is just a money grabbing waste of computer space or people are looking at pics they don't want to see then complaining. Makes you wonder about personal responsibility.

GBShare your photos. Flickr is the largest photo sharing site on the internet. But only just. It is followed not far behind by Picasa. Photos can be uploaded to flickr from your computer, mobile phone or even email attachments. Downloading however can be difficult. There is virtually unlimited free storage and you can choose who to share the photos with.
