GBI placed an order for 2 calendars on … I placed an order for 2 calendars on December 6th with free shipping and was told my order was placed yet no confirmation that my order was shipped. My credit was charged for the calendars and I sent a message to Lang service but have not received a response. I am going to have to go purchase calendars for 2018 and hope they have the ones in stock we initially ordered. I will be putting a dispute on my credit card as I have not received any shipment or explanation.

GBUnable to get the free wallpaper with purchase Tried to use the wallpaper option promised with the purchase of the wall calendar and I get an error code saying invalid code... even though they show me the code and it matches exactly with what is printed in the calendar. The whole web site is slow and hard to use.

GBI purchased a calendar at Barnes and … I purchased a calendar at Barnes and Noble that included FREE downloadable artwork. I went to the site and entered the code included in the calendar, then received an email thanking me for my purchase. I have not been offered a link in order to download the artwork.

GB2 Strikes This is 2nd year in a row that I didn’t get the calendar that I ordered. Last year was “out of stock” after order was placed and was deleted without an option to order something else instead. This year order was placed and received. However quantity of calendars received did not match the packing list. By the time I realized the error the calendar I wanted was unavailable. Disappointed.

GBI emailed them 3 times I emailed them 3 times. Never received a response. The Calendars are good. Customer Service is very poor. I have been buying calendars from them for 12 years. Thinking of looking elsewhere next year. Curstomer servie is everything.
