I ordered a calendar around 12/10/2020 I ordered a calendar around 12/10/2020. The charge of $19.58 was taken from my checking account on 12/10/20. When I hadn't received after 3+ weeks I called Lang to report this. I made 2 calls on different days,was on hold for over 1 hour each time. When my call was answered the clerks were not willing to satisfy the item I paid for that I never received. As of today 1/18/2021 I have not received what I paid for or received any communication from Lang.

I received products that I didn't …order. I received products that I didn't order. Wasn't a user friendly return process. Did really enjoy the Christmas cards, there were no problems with that part of the order. I'm still waiting for confirmation from Lang that they received my returns and that I received full refund including shipping and handling. That process is taking longer than I would like.

I purchased a calendar at Barnes and … I purchased a calendar at Barnes and Noble that included FREE downloadable artwork. I went to the site and entered the code included in the calendar, then received an email thanking me for my purchase. I have not been offered a link in order to download the artwork.

Desktop wallpaper unable to download! On 27 Nov 2017, I placed an order for the Linda Nelson Stocks 2018 Desktop Wallpaper. Until today (19 Dec 2017), I have yet to receive the order confirmation email. As I am residing in Japan, I can't call the customer service number for free. So, I sent an email on the Lang website. It has been 3 weeks ago, and still no reply. It will be perhaps a consolation if Lang could credit back the payment, if nothing else can be done. Please do something about this!

I experienced slight damage with one of … I experienced slight damage with one of the calendars in the package. Also, when I tried to report this via phone call to the toll free number, I was unable to speak to a representative. However, I did receive a return call after leaving a voice mail-- at an inconvenient time. Thank you.
