CAOn-line Order Made Easy I placed an order on-line and received a message right away that my order would be ready shortly for pick up at a location near me. Product was on sale, awesome price. Next one said they would hold it for 4 days and I was able to be there before this date. Pick up was a breeze. Had a young lady who smiled and addressed us, got our order and asked if we needed anymore assistance. Wonderful customer service at Kennedy Commons in Scarborough On. Highly recommend this location to others, plus Warden and Eglinton where I've made purchases in store previously.

CACUSTOM FRAMING AT MICHAELS near Sherway I recently popped into Michaels on North Queen (near Sherway Gardens) to get some custom framing done. I would like to recommend Steve and Marika on their outstanding service. Steve does the framing, his work is excellent. He is very professional to work with and his manner is super kind and Fun. Marika assisted me is selecting my Frame, Matt Boards and fillets - I would highly recommend Marika for her keen sense of style and design. Excellent service all round - 10/10.

GBWrong item received Wrong item received. No packaging for items in shopping box. Received damaged product on a later delivery. Customer rep couldn't resolve email address error, and so I couldn't look up my order on line...poorest shopping experience in my 59 years of life.
