GB48H goes the extra mile ... 48H staff worked diligently to produce a larger bookmark than its standard piece, and the results were great, on time & on budget. I've used 48H before and have always been extremely pleased with my results. Our new bookmarks are only the latest example of their professionalism and excellence.

GBnot happy at all with the quality… I was not happy at all with the quality of the printing. The image was off-center, and it was very obvious that it was on both sides. The color is also a flat.

GBBad instruction, bad quality and poor customer support I ordered poster printing before, I made a data as their instructions show on the web site, but the printing quality was terrible. Found out the format(or settings) they show doesn't work well. I asked for a refund or to redo. But they responded a week later, which was too late for the event I participated. Because of their massive delay, I needed to order the same thing at a different store. A customer support was rude too. She even didn't apologized for their mistakes. No refund. Not an honorable / trustworthy company.

GBService was terrible Service was terrible, product wasbterrible and they would not work with me on a resolution. I literally purchased an Epson c4000 home label maker because of this experience. $3400 later and my home label maker is cheaper and better than printing labels online.

GBAvoid like the plague Designed my business card and was sent a proof to print out and make sure it was what I wanted. The artwork was off and unusable for my intended application. I reached out on the live chat with the updates I needed to which they sounded like they understood the request and my next proof would be exactly what I wanted. Instead, they moved the artwork halfway off the card. I then reached out to have the artwork reset to the original so I could make an adjustment to fix it myself. I then printed out the next proof they sent and it was off again. I reached out to the company asking for a sample, just one business card, of the original print. They said they were unable to fulfil my request. The chat had been going on for 30 minutes without any resolution to fixing the artwork. Decided I wanted to cancel the order and they drug out that process for another half hour. Customer service is slow and useless.
