GBI originally caught a mistake right… I originally caught a mistake right after I approved my PDF! I called customer service and they helped me fix it and the orders came through perfectly. Great experience all around (and cheaper than the alternative I was considering)

GBGood service and fast shipment Fast shipment, but the material does not resist moisture and curls immediately which for an outdoor sign is not acceptable reply: The sign was promoted as outdoor and lists as PVC. Seems like a bit of a bait and switch. No disclaimer stating that the sign is not adequate for outdoor exposure. I will look elsewhere next time.

GBScam Scam! I promised fpostcards will be delivered to the mailboxes within max 2-3 weeks. I receive notification that postcards delivered to post office 10 days after placing on order. 3 weeks later I still have not received my cards. I pays $1,700 for something just disapeared. Horrible service, over an hour on the phone and nobody to speak with. DO NOT LET YOURSELF TO GET SCAMMED With this company!

GBChat Support was Great!!! I made was rushing to finish my order and in the process of uploading art, picking sizes and quantities, and reviewing the art, and going back in the browser and then forward, I ended up ordering my prints in the wrong size. I noticed this within an hour or two of submitting my order, and I used chat to reach you all. The chat associate helped me edit the order, update the correct size for the prints, and make the necessary edits to the order to still get the prints in time. It was very easy to fix that error on my part, and I appreciate that.
