GBI ordered some premium stretcher and… I ordered some premium stretcher and crossbars from Blicks and they emailed me because my order did not add up. Come to find out I ordered the wrong size crossbars for my order and they caught it, and corrected it. Their emails to me where prompt, within the day, and I really appreciate the extra help they gave me on my questions and my order.

GBPrompt service and no shipping fees… Prompt service and no shipping fees made me so happy, as painting paper weighs a lot! When our local art shop closed this year, I was not sure how I was going to get the paper needed to supply an elementary school without paying exorbitant shipping costs. Thanks Blick. Some boxes slightly squished which is a carrier issue, but maybe the box cardboard could be a bit thicker.

GBDick Blick uses Fedex Dick Blick uses Fedex. Fedex fails to deliver packages to my address, although UPS delivers every day. When told Dick Blick was told my order had been delayed several days beyond its stated delivery date, Dick Blick was unconcerned. Each morning, I'm told the order is on the truck. Each afternoon, I'm told that the order is delayed due to 'operational issues'. (Strangely, Fedex changes this to 'unable to deliver' later.) I will find another online art store that cares about their customers.

GBGreat Customer Service I placed my online order shortly after the holidays, so a couple of items were back-ordered, but everything else arrived about a week later. One item was missing from my order and when I emailed Customer Service about it they responded promptly. Not only did a real person respond (a rarity these days), but she was also friendly and informative. Overall, great customer service! :)

GBSend junk products without authorization, then demand payment Ordered a large frame for $70, it arrived broken and was of very poor quality. I wrote a review stating this, did not request or initiate a replacement. The company sent me one anyway, also terrible, also broken. I told them this one also arrived broken but made it clear I was only giving feedback. They sent a THIRD anyway and are now threatening to charge me for the extra frames they decided to send and now want back. I just want them to leave me alone, but they're ignoring that part.
