GBI ordered a poster on March 08 I ordered a poster on March 08, 2022 and did not hear anything from Collectionzz until June 16, 2022 when it finally shipped. Collectionz needs to do a better job communicating about where an order is at every step of the process. Especially if the order is coming months after it was ordered. I spent a lot of time stressed out wondering where my order was or what its status was or if it was gonna just show up unexpectedly and get stolen. Then suddenly I got a rush of emails right about the time it arrived. Not cool. I will not order from this site ever again. Shame because the product is beautiful and exactly what I ordered.

GBThey stand by their customers! Artwork is shipped in the thickest tube I received. More like pipe than cardboard for maximum protection. Regardless, UPS successfully damaged (bent) it leaving creases in the merchandise. I sent photos back in reply to Collectionzz's delivery notification and immediately got a response. They were not at fault and take steps to avoid problems like this but they owned it and made it right. Seriously good to find a company that operates like this. Thank you!

GBLove the Poster Love the Poster, However I am disappointed at how few Hip Hop/ Rap artists they have to choose from. Almost everything they create is Great, But would like to see a much wider selection of Hip Hop artists to choose from, example... Nas, Juvenile, Lil Wayne, Wu Tang Clan, Ludacris, Cam'ron, Snoop Dogg, Master P, Puff Daddy, Mase, 50 Cent, Dr.Dre, Jay-Z

GBI generally don't write bad… I generally don't write bad reviews--there is the rest of the world for that. I do like to give positive reviews though, when warranted. I have purchased 4 posters at Iconic. Their prices are fair; the packaging, first rate; and the customer service, awesome. They are the new guys on the block, but they will be the only guys at the rate they are going.
