i ordered lithographic posters i urdered some lithographic posters but received the wrong ones. i sent a text to their customer service and in less than 24 hours the correct posters were shipped to me. In addition they told me to keep the very nice posters i received in error. Excellent customer service and great selection of wall art.

Almost everything they create is Great, But would like to see a much wider selection of Hip Hop artists to choose from, example... I ordered a poster on March 08 I ordered a poster on March 08, 2022 and did not hear anything from Collectionzz until June 16, 2022 when it finally shipped. Collectionz needs to do a better job communicating about where an order is at every step of the process. Especially if the order is coming months after it was ordered. I spent a lot of time stressed out wondering where my order was or what its status was or if it was gonna just show up unexpectedly and get stolen. Then suddenly I got a rush of emails right about the time it arrived. Not cool. I will not order from this site ever again. Shame because the product is beautiful and exactly what I ordered.
