Excellent customer service My frame arrived with a broken clip on the backboard. I spoke to customer service and requested another backboard. I sent the requested photos and problem was resolved. Not the same quality as they used to be Overall quality of these frames has plummeted since my first purchase a few years ago. The frame colors didn't match, the weight of the frame is lighter, and the current product simply looks cheap next to the old one. I suspect the move from 'Made in Germany' to 'Made in China' is the reason for the compromised quality.
