Best customer service ever!! I want to start off by saying the actual frame is really pretty…simple, like I wanted. I must not have read the listing close enough because they used plexiglass…not glass. I was pretty disappointed—had I known that I would have thought twice before purchasing the trio and for the price I assumed, of course, that they would use more quality components. That being said, Vossington contacted me, explained the issue, and bent over backwards to make my purchase a positive experience. In the future, I will be sure to read the frames’ descriptions more closely before purchasing but I will definitely buy from them again. A++

Great-looking Frame Most interesting frame I've seen yet; veneer over metal--but really well-executed. I like the thin profile a LOT and will likely order again when the need arises. I definitely like the pricing.

Fantastic frames for good prices On time delivery, high quality aluminum frames for a fraction of the price you'd get at framing stores. Good selection of sizes and frame colors too. The friend referral program is great as both my friends and I have gotten a lot of discounts already. I will be buying Vossington for all of my framing projects!

Trying to return Hi, the product was not the color I expected so I decided to return it. I contacted customer service via chat, but didn't receive a response although it has been a few days. After hours of searching, by car and web, yours is an elegant, relatively economical solution for a 16 x 24” poster.
